About DracoinLabs Nexus
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solana Blockchain Engineer to help review, architect, and enhance DracoinLabs Nexus — a Solana-based Web3 platform on DracoinLabs.
DracoinLabs Nexus currently includes core token functionality and wallet integration. The next phase of development will evolve the platform into a comprehensive Web3 ecosystem featuring staking, governance, treasury management, analytics, and community-driven functionality.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys both hands-on development and high-level architectural decision-making on production Solana infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Architecture & technical leadership
- Review the existing DracoinLabs Nexus Solana codebase and architecture
- Evaluate smart contract design and security
- Identify scalability and performance improvements
- Define technical standards and best practices
- Create a development roadmap and implementation strategy
Blockchain development
- Design and develop Solana programs using Rust and Anchor Framework
- Implement staking and rewards mechanisms
- Design governance and voting systems
- Build treasury management functionality
- Integrate wallet connectivity and transaction workflows
- Improve smart contract security and testing coverage
Collaboration
- Work closely with product and engineering stakeholders
- Participate in technical planning and architecture discussions
- Produce technical documentation and implementation guidelines
- Support deployment and maintenance activities
