About the project

We are building a blockchain-based real estate platform focused on fractionalized ownership of real-world assets, combining NFTs, on-chain trading, governance, and reward mechanisms.

The goal is to make real estate ownership more accessible, liquid, and transparent through Web3 infrastructure — bridging physical property with on-chain markets and community participation.

The role

As a Blockchain Developer on this project, you will design and implement the core on-chain systems that power fractional ownership, asset representation, and platform mechanics.

Develop smart contracts for tokenized real estate and fractional ownership
Build and extend NFT protocols for real-world asset representation
Implement on-chain trading, governance, and reward mechanisms
Integrate off-chain property and market data with on-chain systems
Ensure smart contract security, testing, and production deployment

Requirements

Required

2+ years blockchain development Smart contract development & deployment Smart contract security practices Ethereum L2 — Arbitrum Solana ecosystem NFT protocols Off-chain / on-chain data integration

Preferred
